Unfortunately, I am not surprised by the diplomatic and defensive tone, as this was very similar to what I experienced throughout my time on the programme. My review was intended as constructive feedback—something I hoped would encourage reflection and improvement—but your reply reflects the same pattern of subtle dismissal that many of us encountered as learners.
Regarding the 14-day cancellation window you highlighted, this is exactly part of the problem. In many cases, learners are still completing enrolment formalities, referencing requirements, or familiarising themselves with the platform during that period. By the time a student fully understands the actual learning experience, the 14 days have already passed.
A more ethical and learner-centred approach would be to offer a cancellation option after completing the first one or two modules, when the learner has a fair understanding of the quality, support, and overall suitability of the programme. This would prevent situations where individuals feel financially tied to a course that does not meet their expectations.
To remove any doubt about the legitimacy of my review, here are my full enrolment and payment details:

Terrible company
Terrible company - tried to cancel the course within the cooling off period as I was unable to access the course materials (could log in but was blocked from the actual learning materials) multiple calls and emails with a lady called Sophie who asked me multiple times to fill in a form (which was done multiple times) for her to say sorry but you have now passed the 14 day cooling off period so we can’t cancel the course?? My emails from then on have been completely ignored, as have my phone calls - and they are trying to take money out of my bank account every day!! AVOID!!!!
Just to reply to the below - you can’t find my account yet your company is trying to take multiple payments everyday from my personal bank account!! Just clarifies exactly what I am talking about!!
