Im very impressed with the service and support

This is the first pharmacy that I have used for my wegovy that has been so thorough. At first I thought it was a bit annoying but on reflection it’s absolutely how all places selling these medications should be. I know of people who were not even overweight accessing these medications so this is definitely the best way of prescribing. The pharmacist was friendly and made me feel comfortable even though I had to do a video screen shot. My wegovy arrived the very next day as promised. All

From the first online consultation to the actual video call with the doctor everything was explained very plainly, easy to understand, and very easy to do. My mind was put at rest almost straight away and I'm so glad I went with Assured Pharmacy for my Mounjaro experience.

Purchased an order and they then claimed I had to pay an additional £10, else they wouldn’t send the order even though it was accepted by the pharmacist. Terrible service and if I have already paid and had my order confirmed, then why wouldn’t you honour your contract and obligation to send said order out?? Terrible company.

Assured Pharmacy has been really great from initial contact to keeping me updated, I have only been using their services a week, but can tell they are really on it with their services, delivery service was quick and order process was very easy!! I have received exceptional service from Assured Pharmacy. During a thorough video call, a friendly representative carefully addressed all my questions regarding my medication. She provided detailed information about the delivery of my prescription and discussed future orders, ensuring I felt well-informed throughout the process.
What stands out to me is how Assured Pharmacy genuinely takes the time to ensure that the medication is tailored to my needs. Cannot fault the support experienced along the way

Not blame the customer for manufacturing issue with product. Ordered manjaro pen and top of pen was broken. Outside box was fine but inside was a broken pen. Blamed me even though I have worked in Pharmacy and explained correct usage to many other customers in the past. Real let down by company.

I am yet to recieve my refund. I didnt get the item in the end it was not allowed to be prescribed. No refund recieved stay away fraud.

Ordered 1 item had email to say order confirmed for 1 item which arrived, then next day another box arrived which luckily the dog didnt get , then today we had a emailfrom assured pharmacy to say our order would be delivered today . So rang them up had a rather flippant girl state I'd ordered 2 a hour apart , which I didn't and even if I had how would it take extra days for it to arrive, they then tried to blame that on royal mail , when I said but you sent me a email today about delivery not royal mail her tone got stroppy . Asked to flag this due safety with unexpected medication being posted , think she pretended to flag it . Refused refund .

The whole process has been simple and very supportive. The pharmacist I spoke to for my initial consultation was very empathetic, knowledgeable and explained everything clearly and put my very cautious mind at rest.
