Terrible parking company. I paid for my parking, but because of one mistakenly entered reg letter, which I have explained to them, and they dont deny i paid for my parking have issued me with a £100 fine.

Myself and my partner took a trip to maximoto to have a browse at the motorcycle clothing. on arrival the pay and display machine was not working so we carried on and bought a few bits 8 weeks later I recieve a letter demanding £170 for a parking fine and In massive bold letters You have missed your 14 day appeal I have tryed to contact the company with no response. We deffo won't be returning too astle park as many other reviews the parking is a joke the company running it are a joke and damn right thieves. And we wonder why town centres are dying a death can't wait too see the site turned into flats
The Astle Park carpark is now owned by YourParkingSpace & is Card/Smartphone only! Not only is it cashless, but is also So Expensive!! For 4hours is just over £10. Not only have I stopped parking on Astle Park, I have now stopped going altogether. MerryHill has free parking all over with all shops accessible 👍🏼
Company uses unscrupulous parking agents to fine shoppers regardless of situation of tickets. Do not shop here, you run the chance of a parking fine weather you buy a ticket or not.
