I just have to either ring or just pop…

I just have to either ring or just pop in and they get me sorted. I couldn’t get my phone to connect to the car. I had been trying for weeks. So simple just disconnect phone from the car and start again. So simple

Helpful and approachable.

Helpful, approachable staff, not too pushy! Fairly quick painless purchase process. Followed up on all of our concerns including tracking down a hard copy of the car handbook. The car was extremely well prepared and presented on pick up. We had a small sensor glitch develop which was sorted within a day and dealt with under warranty, no questions asked.

Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service, service staff are polite and helpful, service completed and warranty issue diagnosed without fuss, reminders sent day before car was due in. Call to say when car was ready to collect, courtesy call afterwards to check all was ok.

Bad experience

I purchased a used car on the 28th 2026 totalling £7000, 4 days later the car was returned due to engine failure. I have since been using a courtesy vehicle. We’re now on the 10th April and the vehicle is still being diagnosed. You don’t expect this when purchasing a new car.
I’ve had to contact the dealership on many occasions for updates.
The only positive experience I’ve had with Astons is the fact I’m driving a lovely courtesy car.

To confirm, your vehicle returned to us four days after collection with a concern relating to engine idle fluctuation, which was causing a vibration. Our initial assessment suggested this may be a timing-related issue. As this was not evident during your test drive or our pre-delivery checks, it may indicate a setting that has shifted or a component that has developed a fault, which can occasionally occur.

We are currently carrying out further diagnostics, including testing the alternator, as this component can sometimes produce similar symptoms. Please be assured that we are working to identify the root cause and resolve this as quickly as possible.

We recognise that this situation is disappointing, particularly so soon after purchase. While issues like this can arise, we have acted promptly and positively to support you. As you know, we have provided you with a brand new courtesy vehicle at no cost during this time.

As discussed, if a fault of this nature occurs within the first 30 days, you are entitled to either a refund or the option to choose an alternative vehicle.

At this stage, as the matter is still ongoing and has not yet reached a conclusion for both parties, we would not typically expect a review to be left. We kindly ask that you continue to liaise with our Service Department, who will support you and keep you informed throughout the process.

All the staff were so helpful

They collected my car because my husband can't drive at the moment for medical reason so couldn't Pick me up from the garage while it had work done and had it's mot. It was such a help at a bad time. All the staff were so kind and helpful.
