We have just built our new house and Aston Glass was recommended to us, they went above and beyond to make it perfect for us, treated everything like they were doing it for themselves

The fitters put a door on my home faulty but this was made like this in the factory that they have done on purpose by Glenn
I have also had a patio door put in by this business and insects were coming in because it wasn’t sealed properly underneath and all I got were loads of insects
They came back with some cheap filler from the pound shop by mastic to cover over the bridge jobs
At times it’s just a can of pound shop wd40 because the catches on the windows all go bad on you
The worse part is the manager Glenn who stalked me on the oadby road in his Jaguar car sitting looking in a side window at myself and as a woman this is quite a scary experience and not something a manager should be doing .
He has also covered over a man hole cover with a conservatory at a different address and is due to be arrested for this with trying to harm peoples lives and there are a few he has harmed with his secretary of a wife .

Product is very good but only time will tell if fitted well. Good service but have no interest in dealing with customer with a genuine claim of damage caused by their fitters. When i told them of damage was just told it could not be their fitters as they do this work everyday. If no body made mistakes everything would be perfect. No visit to see if it was possible that a mistake was made just shut down on the phone. Very un professional i think. No recommendation from me. Started off well but ended bad. If there was attention to detail then you would check the work people working for you do especially when there is a complaint.
