Service and communication
I’d ordered a small selection of cigars. It was Friday afternoon and I messaged them if they were in the post and on their way. Somehow my package had missed the post so they drove over to me and hand delivered later that evening. I’d call that very good customer service.

I ordered a box of Cuaba Distinguido cigars about a fortnight ago and I they arrived quickly and very well packaged and humidified. The condition of the cigars were first rate and I'll most certainly be back again.
