They gladly took the money out of my account but I still haven’t received the product and they don’t respond to any emails. Absolute scam. Made an order on Tuesday last week and it is now Thursday the following week and I haven’t received any information as to the whereabouts of my order. I got an email confirmation that they have received the order but no shipping confirmation even after my attempts at contacting them but got no responses. I also keep getting emails saying that I’ve left the order in my cart even though I’ve made the order and the money has come out of my account so seems a little suss. They also don’t show that it’s in US$ until the very end page where you press confirm order so by the time you realise it isn’t in Australian dollar it’s too late.
I bought a pair of bikinis off "astrid swim" that shortly after changed their name to "S.Rowe swim" that i never received. I never got an email back or any response from them. I tried to email and contact them via instagram and nothing. Was also charged $89 instead of the $63 it said on the website. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND
