A Suit That Fits Reviews 

This is my second suit from ASTF.

A bit of a different experience to the first suit with only two fitting sessions required.

However, they were just as accurate and helpful as the first time and their new Manchester guy Liam, was brilliant.

There was a bit of a hiccup with a very last minute cancellation of the final fitting which meant that I wouldn't have the suit for the agreed date.

However, after contacting ASTF, they bent over backwards and managed to get the suit to me the next day by 10:30am.

Absolutely brilliant resolution and will definitely be picking up another suit in the near future.

If you're thinking of getting a bespoke suit, you can't go wrong with ASTF. Great materials, prices, experience, and staff.

The fittings were very professional and the suit came out great. There was a quick turnaround on the suit and still it fit me perfectly for the wedding!

Mac and the team sorted out my suit in double quick time. Not only did they offer great advice on style and fabric, but also managed to get the alterations done in time for my wedding. I’m not a regular suit wearer so the advice was invaluable and I’ve had many positive comments about my suit, which is great on your wedding day. Good job ASTF!

I have purchased at least six suits a number of shirts a jacket and an overcoat from a suit that fits as well as purchasing a suit for my son.
The whole service from measurement to fitting has been excellent, the garments have arrived within the given timeframe.
I have used alleged high quality tailors in the past but their product, timeliness and fit of the suit has been nowhere near as good as "a suit that fits" I would really commend them I have found the service faultless and much much cheaper than conventional tailors.

I've now bought 2 suits from ASTF. I'm very happy with both. For my last suit i was fitted by Katrina Albert who was great - gave good advice and was very helpful.
As they explain at the start of the processes, a number fittings are typically required - this process could be improved as booking appointments can be a slight pain. It can often be weeks between fittings. There were also some admin errors - twice they incorrectly moved/deleted bookings, causing further delays.
As for my second suit, it wasn't quite as easy as expected. Despite having measurements for my first suit, they weren't quite a match and required a number of fittings/adjustments to get right. Ultimate, worth it for the final product!
Unfortunately, they have now stopped offering fittings in Canary Wharf, so for practical reasons, i may not be able to use them for my next suit :-(

I've ordered six suits from the company and have to say I'm happy with all of them. I've purchased tailored suits from more established and expensive brands which do not compare to those offered by A Suit That Fits.

Not only are the end products great, the people employed by the firm are knowledgeable and polite. I've dealt with Mac Rahman on the past few occasions and will hopefully continue to do so.

Appalling customer service, and down right fraudulent in refusing to provide a refund. Saying they are in liquidation when they are still running the business, saying payment was made to DW Clothing Ltd when the website only sets out that the company is Tailored Franchises Ltd. saying they can honour the order but not provide a refund. Not sure how people like this are in business.

Mac Rahman the studio manager at the Bristol branch is a great ambassador for the brand. Elevated levels of customer service on every visit, the suit was perfect in every detail!

The service provided by this company is absolutely atrocious. The appointment times are not honoured and often you are made to wait despite arriving well on time. The stylists/tailors are not actual tailors and have no training in bespoke tailoring. Any actual modifications to your garments are made in Bangladesh which makes the whole process extremely time intensive.

I ordered a set of suits and after over 20 appointments the only item of clothing I received was a pair of trousers which ripped a day later. The entire experience is a nightmare and hard to believe.

The customer service is the worst I have ever come across in my entire life. The blank refusal by the company to reimburse the money I have paid, after being unable to complete even a single order, is frankly scandalous. Having perused other yelp reviews, trustnet reviews and google reviews; it is abundantly clear that this is systemic. A Suit That Fits refuses to reimburse or refund it's customers at any point. An extraordinary amount of reviews all describe a similar experience to mine. THERE ARE HUNDREDS OF PEOPLE BEING MISLED AND DENIED REFUNDS BY THIS COMPANY.

I ordered two separate set of multiple suits worth well over £3000 and they are refusing to repay me claiming that the company behind the brand is in liquidation, yet offering to complete my order. A task they have failed to accomplish in the last few years. The staff are rude and unhelpful and purposefully misdirect and lie in regards to support queries.

This is the worst business I have ever interacted with in my entire life. I can only advise anybody reading this to stay away from these people. A Suit That Fits is an awful and nasty organisation.

DO NOT ORDER A SUIT FROM THESE PEOPLE. YOU WILL HAVE TO GO TO THE SMALL CLAIMS COURT TO GET YOUR MONEY BACK BECAUSE IRONICALLY YOU WILL NOT BE RECEIVING A SUIT THAT FITS.

Mac Rahman was great! Made the whole process that much more enjoyable. He made it feel as though nothing was too much trouble.

Great suit, great service from Mac the studio manager. I knew I was going to put on a bit of weight in the gym and he judged that to perfection. The suit is quite slim fit and despite me putting on half a stone of muscle it fitted perfectly on the first go, that takes some skill! Communication was spot on throughput the process too. Definitely not my last suit from these guys

The studio manager, Mac Rahman is very good. He is friendly and puts you at ease, while offering excellent advice and assistance. He was helpful and tactful in suggesting various fitting and style options. Mac made the whole process smooth and efficient.

I've bought a number of suits/jackets from A Suit That Fits, and always found the quality, service and price excellent.

My most recent purchase was a new bespoke jacket - I ordered by phone using my saved measurement profile, and the collected from the Bristol location. The sizing was spot on, so didn't require any further fitting/alterations. While there, I ordered 2 further jackets - Mac, the style consultant was extremely helpful and patient going through the wide range of cloths and bespoke touches that make every garment unique and personal. The whole design and ordering process was very easy and professional.

Very highly recommended.

My latest order was for two suits and shirts through the London City Branch. I had a fantastic experience and would thoroughly recommend ASTF. Henrik was my designer and gave great advice throughout the whole process. His attention to detail was fantastic as I've ended up with great garments which have drawn positive comments from my colleagues. Customer service post-collection has also been excellent as there was a hitch with the second shirt: a replacement has been arranged and is for collection next week. I've had a number of suits from this company but this time the experience was by far the most pleasing: I actually felt I was getting a proper measurement and tailoring of a bespoke suit/shirt, and this is exactly what I have received.

Unbelievably, after 9 months I still do not have a garment that I can wear. The suit has been made 3 times and had numerous alterations attempted, sometimes coming back with a worse fit and finish than it went away with - this happened again in January of this year. Half way through the process when I initially complained, their customer services 'manager' (Archie) both misrepresented and invented the nature and content of conversations and actions that were supposed to have taken place. I was offered an extra pair of trousers as compensation for the problems - they never arrived.
It has now been several weeks since my last contact with them and I have heard nothing apart from the initial promise (in January) to look into my complaints. I am a middle aged man who, in the traditional British way, rarely (if ever) complains but I have had such a terrible experience that I feel compelled to write this report. I feel that I now have no option other than taking ASTF to the small claims court to get my money back and, hopefully, some redress for the inordinate amount of time spent and stress caused by this horrible experience.

I needed a suit for my wedding at extremely short notice, I was told Mac is the wedding specialist. He was extremely professional and knew exactly what I wanted. I received my suit earlier than expected and it fit perfectly so no adjustments were required. So happy with the service provided, will definitely purchase all further suits with this company. Highly recommended! Thanks again
