I purchased the Mortal Kombat Collection on Switch 2. They sent me the Xbox version and have still not corrected.

Scammed me from my ATRI tokens
Scammed me from my ATRI tokens. Claim they are not part of it, yet still links to their website, but website down. Discord is very vague, sketchy and keeps redirecting to other servers.
Don’t trust them.
Don’t trust them.. The old good atari team is gone.. Now you will only hear lies from a new bunch of hippocratic people..
2 years ago they scammed people with rug-pulled crypto token on bitcoincom named atri.. They made a console - a raspberry pi quality level console with 40 year old games..
Stay away from this people!
I purchased an Atari VCS and some…
I purchased an Atari VCS and some accessories for it for my kids for Christmas. The Atari VCS arrived so I thought i'd set it up and put it back in the box and wrap it. I hooked up 2 cables, HDMI and power. Turned it on and got a green'ish screen with lines, the fan turned on, then the unit shut off by itself. I tried turning it on again. It wouldn't turn on. I unplugged it and plugged it back in and it did the same thing. Green screen with lines. I wrote the company and someone wrote me back saying I would need to reimage it. They sent me a link to download an .img file. They said to use Rufus to image the USB stick. I did what was in the instructions. Booted the Atari VCS with the USB stick in and it started updating with the green screen with lines. I barely could read what was on the screen. It then said to unplug the USB and power cycle. I did that but when it came back on it did not change a thing. I wrote to the company, no response for days. Then I finally got a response saying that I'll get an RMA. That was almost a month ago now. I filed a complaint on the BBB and FTC. When I filed on BBB it showed the company with an F or very bad bad rating. I wish I would have looked. Atari is not the Atari I once knew. I'll never buy anything Atari again. They're nothing but a rip-off and a big lie. I don't even want to give them 1 star. They get get a negative, for taking my money and selling me worthless junk. Beware of this company.
Terrible Company to Work With
Extremely slow shipping. Everything support tells you is a lie. Save yourself some trouble and find what you want from a real merchant. These guys have just become a joke.

Only if you enjoy Lies and deep Incompetence
This company did not respect their words (email exchange available).
They are no handling my case properly.
And currently I considered they lied to me in full conscience to get they hands on a substantial amount of money.
Their customer support seems only able to cut and paste big chunk of useless information, or even invite you to contact third parties... They did not answer any (none) of my personal request so far.
Only experienced incompetence, lies and complete lack of respect so far... Typically the kind of company you do not want to be in business with, just a shame and a huge waste of money!
Love the Atari 😍
my entire childhood in a game company
Poor games. Bad website
The game rollercoaster tycoon touch does'nt even work. when I bought something the game crashed and I needed to pay way more then ever. and even when I got it, it crashed again and I could start over spending too much time and energie in the game. Delete was the only option, and just keep my money.
On the website you can make an account, but it first needs to go trough some sort of admin who does not even reply. I'm not happy with the games and services of this company.
Atari
Atari has kept it's excellent standards of games for generations, sure it's had a few bad games but who hasn't. Definitely buy from this company i strongly recommend it.
