Not great- lack of preparation and disorganised staff
For us, the idea and principle is fantastic and inspiring for young people… and I must say that one of the athletes, Jack, was superb. However, the process on the whole was chaos. The organisational skills of the person sorting it was abysmal. She made last minute changes to the athletes without even knowing if they suited us. Then, the one turned up an hour and a half late with no apologies or refund when we were paying £1000 for 6 hours. Jack was exceptional and was well-prepared. The other one was arrogant and self-absorbed and he put absolutely no preparation into the workshops with the children. What a waste of money and the opposite of what to look up to for children. It was a very very disappointing experience- from the organisational chaos to one unbothered athlete who spoiled the hard work of the other Paralympian who was wonderful.
