1) While I was renovating my flat, I noticed water leak from the flat above (kitchen), managed by this letting agency. The letting agent simply told me to involve my insurance without taking any action. After complaining, they brought a plumber to fix the problem. Before the plumber arrived, the tenant kindly showed their kitchen. The hose of the washing machine was unsecured, just lying on a standpipe. Flood could have been very serious.
2) For safety reasons, we had to change the keys of the main door of the building. I got these replaced and gave a set of 4 keys to the agency, free of charge. I asked them to give me the old keys, so we could use the door cylinder for other purposes, they refused and destroyed them.
3) The tenants had a dog, and we often had either dog waste or using on the stairs. The agency refused to get these cleaned.
