Great bracelet, attentive service

The bracelet matches the description on the website. It feels as though quality materials have been used.

Reservations:
First, the website stated DHL Express would be used but a different courier was used. Said courier delivered late and had poor communication.
Second, the clasp is difficult to use on the bracelet. The benefit, however, is that it is unlikely to come off once it is put on. Perhaps a magnetic element could be used to guide the two parts of the clasp together?

Overall:
Good company, however customer experience could have been improved via the shipping process.

I own around 10 of the products, and I am very happy with each and every one. Outstanding quality! One thing though, cuff bracelets can break if you take it on and off every day. (Curretly waiting for my new one to arrive.)

Bought the first beaded bracelet in 2014. Some stones are getting slightly smaller as compared to the ones I purchased a few years ago.
