Great customer service and great products

The items arrived in nicely premium packaging and would love to buy more from Atolyestone.

Great experience! Firstly, the person that I was chatting too, was very polite, friendly and continued his politeness throughout the talk even I went too far asking a lot of question for everything. Secondly, and most important for me, the item that I purchased was matching the look that is shown on the screen. That does not happen most of the time when you buy things online especially accessories (the Photoshop effect ). And last but not least, was that they manage to deliver the order within the time frame that was given, in a secure and packed very professionaly, in a very nice box.
Highly recommended!

All things are perfect.

The quality of the finishing is optimal and they are very profissional & quick in understanding your requierments. Prices are not cheap, but i think their workmanship justifies some premium.
They are honest and transparent with excellent customer support.

I ordered the Signature leather bracelet. I'm from Australia, the bracelet arrived in the timeframe as mentioned. The bracelet does look like the photo's on instagram/website. My partner loves it. I was emailing Nathan from Support, he was always prompt with his responses, answered any questions and any concerns i had and was very helpful ☺

Very nice design except the gold beads continually move to one side.
Slow delivery even with next day delivery which was refunded
Braclet is 1.3 cm shorter than what was ordered and the the actual colour doesn't match the colour on the detailed pictures on website. Bought as a present so can't ask for it back to return for a refund. I have spoken with the customer service team who have agreed to sort the issues I have experienced and are willing sort the problems. So you can't ask more than that, hence I've corrected my review accordingly

It's obvious that It's quality and perfectum made. Really wort it.

Bracelets look great and are of high Quality, I love it. However, it was dispatched 2 days later than expected (10 days instead of 5-8 days as written on their homepage). I ordered by express as it was a present and I needed it within 9 days. Thus, I have paid an express fee that was not worth it.

Fast and excellent service, great products

The ring I bought was great. Very nice quality and fit. The only downside is that the actual signet part of the ring is smaller than I thought it would be. It’s a bit more dainty than I would have liked.
