We got the bed 21st December but was having our room decorated and carpeted so only went to assemble yesterday, to find the bed looks nothing like the one advertised, the slats are thin, poorly made, some are damaged. The headboard is stapled not stitched making it look cheap and tacky, the staples arent even evenly done, just all over the place and some isnt even stapled down and the headboard is gaping open, inside they were hundreds of bugs and eggs, we spoke to a specialist who estimated the cycles of the bugs were around 16 weeks old so obviously came from the company/factory/van. The diamonte buttons are falling off or completely just come off too. Wouldnt recommend. seller doesn't want to sort this issue out and just basically said we have had the bed 6 weeks. Buyers beware. We are now down £330 plus fees to get pest control to check the whole house and treat if needed and need to buy a new bed! Seller doesnt care. Do not buy beds from this company.

My partner ordered the Mayfair 6ft bed(customised option) to arrive as we moved into our new home. We tried to get in touch with the company as moving date was getting closer but no luck, Called their customer service number multiple times no response. 2 weeks after moving we got an email that out refund has been processed.
No explanation no call to explain why the product wasn't delivered.
I will advice everyone to avoid using this company.
Worst customer experience ever.
