A horrible experience. A bunch of liars and thieves. Delay and hiding tactics. Pretending their server is done when I call to resolve my refund issue even though I am looking at the same account on-line on their server when I call. Do not reply to emails or calls. Have never refunded me my $199.00 and despite that still have never provided me with my download link to the software if they insist, as they do, that they won't give me the refund I am entitled to. They have only one real customer rep who you can only reach by a Skype call which costs you money. He hangs up on you if you try to hard to get an answer. The manager is named Evengy and you can't get him to respond. All you get to any customer or tech issue is a standard response saying your ticket has been received and you will get a response in 24 hours. My history is it takes a minimum of 5-6 days to get a response and only if you email and call daily. And then they do not exactly answer your question but ask you a question like "tell us your order # so we can resolve this" even though your order number is in their subject line or in their email or that you have sent it to them twice before on that same day. I checked with Better Business Bureau in Florida and their are already dozens of complaints against them. Stay away. Put them out of business by letting them rot in their own unethical mess
