Company ignores you

Ordered a scooter but then it was no longer needed (not opened at all so still in packaging as shipped) so contacted the company the evening it was delivered via their "contact us" form on their website. You click send and then a box appears but with no text inside, so you don't know if the message has been sent (no phone number or email address on website). So sent another just incase.

The next day followed up with Facebook message.
No response.

Over the next couple of days due to no response at all I again tried emailing, contact us form and Facebook. Again no response.

Finally got an email back giving details of return address, and saying when received it will be checked over and a refund issued - I'd just need to give my bank details.......... (even though it was an online order that they could just find and refund straight back to the original payment card?!!! So I didn't give any bank details and told them this).

I arranged for the scooter to be returned (at my expense), and then followed up with an email to them to say it was showing as received back by them and if they can let me know the progress of the refund. (again no response from them at all).

3 days later UPS tried to deliver another scooter out to me. I rejected the delivery. And sent them an email stating I didn't want another scooter, I wanted my refund (like I am legally entitled too, as the scooter had not been used (not even opened!), and was well within the 28 day return period). I asked for someone to contact me and provided my phone number. Complete silence again from them.

After a few days of not hearing anything from them I got my bank involved and within 1 day I got my money back.

Be aware, this company doesn't communicate with you at all, you just get completely ignored (apart from 1 email), and no phone number either so you can only try with online forms/email/Facebook. When you want a refund they just send you out another scooter (which if I wouldn't have rejected would have been up to me to cover the costs of returning again!).

Save yourself stress and shop elsewhere.
