i ordered and paid for the bike but four days later still not shipped so much for their 24hours delivery and shipment and then they put the price of the product up by 200 pounds -i received a refund but wasted four of my days -very unprofessional company run by a gentleman who just waffles on and really does not understand his product -avoid
I have been looking for Kugoo M4 Pro for a while until I found it on their website. However, they dont take paypal so I asked the guy ( who has been so nice n quick reply) if they really hv a Kugoo M4 Pro in store and he said yes.
Then, I hv decided to go to all the way to their shop from Brighton.
When I got there, they gave me an IENYRID M4 pro which looks exactly the same but cheaper. Then, i told him I want a Kugoo, not this. He said to me “ IENYRID is from the Kugoo factory but he doesnt want the name “Kugoo” on it so he asked them to put “IENYRID” on it ( he doesnt know I did my research 😒)
Then I told him, IENYRID is a from chinese factory. He argued that everything is from China.
So I told him it is a Chinese Brand. Then he continued with his non-sense and lies. So I left ….
When u chat to him online, he is very nice, fast reply and helpful. But when u buy from him. He doesn’t care about u at all and keep telling lies.
I wish I could upload our conversation but here has not such option.
