Lorraine, has been fantastic, I entered her property feeling anxious and depressed but left feeling content and happy that my pet had been in the best hands possible in his final journey over the rainbow bridge. She makes you feel totally at ease and explains the entire process in your time, no rush, everything done with absolute respect and dignity for your pet. Wonderful service, highly recommended.
I was recommended At rest by family members who had previously been. I took my Darling boy to Martin at 10am, by 3pm I had my boy back, they took so much care with him, washed him down a little and made sure he was perfect before he ran over the rainbow bridge. I have his paw prints, his fur and it is a beautiful memorial for him. I can’t recommend them enough, thankyou for taking care of my boy. He definitely did have the best send off in the care of the best people.
My niece lost her hedgehog, Sonic, not long ago and told me about Martin and Lorraine. I had no intention of using their services so soon and yet I'm SO GLAD I was told about them when I was.
At 4:40pm on Friday, I had my gorgeous Bailey taken from me.
At 2:40pm on Saturday, I had him home again.
Bailey was picked up from the vets (for a small additional charge), bathed, groomed, nails clipped and all in all cared for as if he were still with us.
I have his fur, his paw print, his 3D paw in foam (the foam was also a small additional cost) and him home within less than 24 hours of losing him and it was all done with so much dignity. He was cremated with his favourite bandanna (he would force you to put one on him if he was without) and his 6 legged octopus (misnamed) so he will always be dapper and with his favourite toy.
Martin kept us up to date as everything happened.
When he was picked from the vets until we picked him up.
I couldn't recommend anyone more.
