I would give a minus result if this was at all possible.

My wife had blood test taken over a week ago, no results received and its now 13th June. Cannot get hold of Atropa by phone, we have tried over 50 times in last 3 days. Finally got hold of someone in the 'pharmacy' dept BUT she was little use, gave my info to pass onto the main guy BRYN SMALES who does not reply to messages or emails. At the time of the blood test he said he sent bloods off to 'Nationwide' for testing. Tried calling them and they do not have anything logged against either my wifes name or Atropa!

Sent 3rd email today insisting on full refund. This is nothing short of FRAUD!

Don't use this chemist I am in the process for reporting them to general medical every week my doctor send prescription but the chemist never send all my medication. When I ring there say they will send them out witch they never do witch is fraud and I have brain damage

Covid test is absolutely diabolical how do you get a positive test but then four negative test’s 🤔 snotty nose women who does testing three different people she was rude too! Her customer service is absolutely shocking. Over £100 on two test one of the test isn’t even positive it’s an evaporate line which we have had confirmed from a professional doctor! When asked to speak to a manager we got told we was already speaking to them even though the guy who did the second test on my daughter he’d gone to a male manager 🤦‍♀️ she also needs to learn how not lie four separate Occasions she lied! They also don’t ask questions whether you’ve had covid in the last 90 days they don’t ask if you have eaten in the last half hour! Money scamming people! Avoid at all cost!

After being let down by Boots for my Covid fit to fly test when they lost my swab I needed an urgent test to allow me to complete Australian documentation to allow me to fly.
I checked Atropa's website and managed to quickly book a test.
When I visited for my test I found them efficient, professional and friendly. The test was quick and painless unlike the one taken by Boots!
The test result was available after 15mins in paper and email form.

I had booked a family holiday to Dubai and was really anxious about the types of tests needed. When I arrived at the clinic we were helped with signing in on the consent form and was taken in to the clinic room. The member of staff that performed the test was very politeand calming, he explained everything to us. It was an excellent service and we received our results straight to my email the following morning.

do not use, wanted to use a local business so on the 15/12/21 ordered 2 PCR test to Atropa Hull for a total of £180 for 2 french visitors for xmas. but the 16/12 French gov changed their travel restrictions so they could not come in UK anymore. I immediately cancelled (the 16/12/21) the 2 tests and got a refund email confirmation (refund 3-5 working days). we are the 17/01/22, one month later and still no refund on my bank account even if I wrote numerous email including directly to the 2 directors Bryn Smales and Kayley Smith. business with unethical Practices.

Used the 6 hour service (needed results for urgent flights) got results in time and able to fly. However first time I paid a deposit and then at clinic paid full price. Tried contacting them several times to get a refund on the deposit no answer on the phone system. every time you ring you're placed in a queue. After five minutes they cut you off. Phone never gets answered. When mentioned in clinic they make up some excuse that the receptionist isn't in as it wasn't meant to be busy.

Tried emailing them, never got a response. Ended up going to my credit card company for the refund.

My second visit a week ago I still haven't received my receipt. I need the receipt in order to get refund through work. I'll have to contact my card issuer again to get a refund.

It's a scam clinic with no PCR results.

Their phone is on hold and basically, you can call how many times you want and keep the voicemail for 5 minutes, and would be kicked out.

No reply from emails as well.

Also, they would ignore you and never get the PCR resuls.

Staff onsite very supportive. Would rate them higher if possible for individual reviews.

We had two tests which which were somewhere lost by either : atropa, the courier, or the lab - it was impossible to reach atropa by phone, but after around 3 weeks, and numerous emails, our mail was answered. One of the missing tests was never acknowledged as being registered at the Randox lab.

Atropa, without quarrel, refunded the cost of the two missing day 2 arrival tests. Our time missed with family can never be retrieved, having needing to isolate longer than first expected and seek further options, but this was something which the company was and should have offered. We’re grateful for that.

I had to book a mandatory return to the UK 2 day test. I had made the appointment online with a reservation time slot. When I arrived this was clearly not the case. Everyone were huddled up inside and outside with zero social distancing. The joke of this is that it would have been safer for me to continue on my journey on my own in my car. Instead I had to put myself at risk by queuing for this test mingling with many other people without social distancing. I am finding these kind of tests more and more like a scam! I would love to know where all the money is going as it really is a sh** show!

The staff were not helpful and the clinic looked nothing like the photos. It is more like a pop up shop. Do not use this service at all!

Very poor communication, failure to answer emails.

My Mum and myself used the Clinic in readiness for a trip to America. The Clinic was very accommodating, turned up early for appointment which was no trouble and was seen straight away by a very polite chap. Test conducted quickly and safely and advised should receive the certificates once the Clinic closed. I checked my emails and received the Certificates only to find my mums DOB was incorrect. I emailed the Clinic which was closed by this time advising of the error. Even though the Clinic was closed, they responded straight back with a new Certificate with correct details on within minutes of me sending the information. What could have been a very stressful time, was made so much easier by a fantastic team. Thanks once again.

also no refence numbers provided when booking the test so no point booking

Would not recommend getting your COVID PCR test done here, forced to miss a flight because they provided wrong information on documents.

I payed £230 for a fit to fly test, only to be stranded in Tenerife as they didn’t have a Qr code on my document. They said I should have asked for one. It does not say this on the website. I put my trust in these people to get me to my destination. I had to pay another £100 for another test at the airport to get me to my destination. No compensation offered
For the upset, panic and trauma to me and my family. there not even answering their emails. No manager to speak to. A total scam
