Same company using Atley Ldn as their name

Calling themselves Atley now and doing the same thing by not delivering once taking the money, not replying to emails, they are just continuing trading when they know they won’t send anything we pay for. Had to contact my bank for refund and this company and every name it’s called itself are being looked into. They claim ‘Atley ldn’ is in London and that’s a lie!

Further to my purchase of Holland &…

Further to my purchase of Holland & Cooper wellies, they arrived damaged & I immediately forwarded on photos. The company went into Administration & I have been left with an expensive pair of damaged wellies that are just sat in a box.

Ceased trading but continued to take customer’s money!

The website should have been taken down immediately when the company ceased trading, but it was kept up for several days with no mention of it anywhere, and items were allowed to be purchased as normal.

Had I known I obviously wouldn’t have made a purchase, the item I never received because the boutique stopped sending out orders once they heard the news. I’m now waiting and hoping for a refund after requesting a chargeback from my card provider.

Unfortunate circumstances, but seems to have been handled poorly. My thoughts are with all the independent retailers who must be owed thousands, and customers like me who were duped into buying products and don’t know if they’ll get their money back!

The opposite of customer service

I ordered 2 sets of sunglasses that their website advised were in stock. They, weren't. Despite not wanting to wait for backorder I gave them a chance. I informed them I was moving house and that they needed to update delivery address. They sent the first to the correct address. Sent the second to the wrong address and have ignored all correspondence from me since requesting a solution or refund. I will now have to go through a credit card claim for almost £400. Time wasters.

Where is my refund

Where is my refund? I know you received the package on the 23rd of Dec. Today is the 4th of Jan. I purchased using After pay and I am unable to cancel it until you confirm refund. I will be charged for another portion of the purchase today. I emailed you twice regarding this, but no reply. I am reporting the next payment, and the previous ones, as fraud on my cc now. This is because I am continuing to pay for something I do not have anymore- you do!
