Stole my money ,did not deliver my order

I ordered a bracelet on the 24th of January from Attic womenswear on the trouva website ...i still have not received it...i have emailed...messaged etc...but they are completely ignoring me....i want a full refund, this is disgusting customer service...im now reporting to trading standards....DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE THIEVES....THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY, FAIL TO DELIVER, THEN COMPLETELY IGNORE YOUR EMAILS AND MESSAGES.

I ordered a skirt via Trouva which…

I ordered a skirt via Trouva which was supplied by Attic Womenswear. The service was great and the shipment was made straight away, together with a thank you note from Sarah the Founder of Attic which was a great touch. I would recommend this clothing Boutique.
