Really nice clothing I took one star off as not as accurate sizes in some of them clothes like swim wear bikinis the delivery took two weeks and the clothes were really nice. I didn’t want to send them back as to much hassle and it was a UK return but really good styles just need to measure properly because I measure with tape measure when buying and considering Iv lost weight was annoying to heal the rings on the swim wear stabbing in. Thanks

Mixed feelings, promptly send out orders but I have an issue with the time it takes to refund they accepted the shoes I returned on 12th December on the 20th of December and said they would process my refund I know its been Christmas but surely I shouldn't still be waiting for my money its almost £100 and ive had no response

An honest review, I ordered a small Wednesday themed bag from their site, the wrong bag was then sent out in error (context there are two types of bags and they sent me the wrong one) I was contacted about a week after delivery and Amy told me it would have to be returned for the correct bag to be sent out. Now I'm never one to point fingers when things go wrong but more how do we now fix the problem and handle it correctly.

I may be unique on this as a lot of reviews being 1 star due to a lack of customer service. However when I pushed back about me having to run around to fix THEIR order error Amy was quick to sort a "to the door" return from Royal Mail and offered me £5 credit on an order.

The 4 stars represents the wrong order but is saved by customer service stepping up after the fact.

I have had an excellent experience with customer services. I ordered some slippers but they were the wrong size. I emailed them requesting an exchange for a larger size, I was expecting a delay as it is nearly Christmas but I got a prompt reply that it would be possible to exchange and it would get to me before Christmas!

I never tough I be writing review that was bad from this company I been customer for over 26 years buy quite bit .but I bought bra set from frostink clothing that brand they sell first time ever getting in touch with them I send photos because I used bra for wedding but on day I put it on the wire came out on both size I was bit taken back I it was not cheap so I tough so took photos got email asking me to send bra back for them to see but I put it on bin as it was that cheap I told them I felt let down by them not even code for something off my next order.i was told I was first person to have this problem so to anyone thinking of buying frostink don't it's cheap not worth your money with cost of living better going elsewhere

Absolutely Phenomenal Customer Service and returns process. Ordered a pair of shoes for my daughter's prom, they didn't fit. Easily returned and refund credited swiftly. Left it a bit late ordering a new pair. They didn't have stock in uk and had to order from Germany. Kept informed all the way and they arrived special delivery next day. Shoes perfect, Prom tonight!!!! EXCELLENT Company and staff

I was worried because of some negative reviews on this site. But my experience with 2 orders was very good, easy to order, tracking numbers emailed next day, tracked royal mail deliveries 2 days later. The products are good quality and novel too (well my dark-side son will think so)!

Cr@@@p said they had 20% sale code even on sale items got to check out with £20 order and rather than it take off £4 only removed £0.80 80pence. So not ordering. Timewasyers

At last! A UK company that sells quality Goth and Alt clothes and stuff for a full size male! Superfast delivery. So pleased with what I have bought, I will be buying a lot more. Highly recommended.

I’m really upset with them. I treated myself to a dress which would usually be more that I would spend, it was too big so I sent it back for a refund. It’s been over 2 weeks, still no refund. No one is answering my emails, I called them 3 times to be told it’s been processed (no confirmation email regarding this) but I do not have the money back. I am really disappointed in this company, I need my money back or I will take things further.

Hat arrived bent out if shape even though the box it arrived in was perfect. Hole in the side of the hat and the headband was creased out of shape. £20 for cheap tat! I could have bought the exact same thing on eBay from China for a £5!

My £120 order never arrived, I have been trying to get my money back for three months and this company has taken no accountability for the fact I have had money stolen from me. When I called and spoke to them, a passive aggressive woman told me I would need to go to the police, which is absolutely pathetic. The customer service is shocking, response times have taken weeks upon weeks with constant chasing from me. They only seem to have one woman dealing with customer service, and she has been exceptionally useless. Do not buy from this place, an embarrassing excuse for a company, I'm sure the staff are really proud of themselves for working here.

Excellent customer service. Item was out of stock and when was re stocked my order was personally delivered to ensure I had it in time for Christmas. Couldn't praise this company enough. Keep up the good work 👏 🙌 👍

Waited absolutely ages for my order. It came & its shockingly bad quality.
Really hard to send items back.
Now I have been promised my money back for about a fortnight.
I’m going to trading standards hopefully they will stop these thieves, they owe me £113.00 absolutely gutted, just before Christmas & have had Money stolen from me.
If you have had a bad experience like me please report this company, to Trading Standards & get them closed down.

half my products were faulty and they told me to expect cheap crap because that's what they sell. find that pretty offensive because half the brands they sell are not cheap crap, they just are awful people who run this company. buy direct from the brands and not from attitude clothing.

In my 27 years of being alive this has got to be the WORST company and customer service I have ever experienced. I really recommend you don’t order from this site! I’ve never wanted or needed to take something further with a company but I’m getting ready to sue this company for their bad practice!

Terrible arrived late, total tat, called them numerous times only one person Aimee for calls and emails cant help you at all so dont bother with that just make sure you pay with paypal and then you can finally get your money back.

The quality of the boots I bought was terrible, to the point that they are now unwearable after only being worn a few times. Attitude would not offer a refund as they'd been worn. They are incredibly slow to process any kind of customer feedback. I do not recommend buying anything from this company.

Great price and quick delivery. I had a query re the status of my order so had to contact customer services. They went over and above to help me and even emailed me the next day to give me an update. I will definitely be buying from Attitude Clothing again.
