Att unlocker has now unlocked 2 phones for me. The first one was in contract and they had it unlocked in under 48 hrs. The second was under financially responsibility for non payment. Their support person was great. When the first attempt was unsuccessful they refunded my money immediately! Then they stayed in contact with me and returning my emails very quickly and worked with me to get it unlocked another way. I could not be happier with their service and support team. Thank you att unlocker i will recommend you every time. It is rare to find a company with such good service that goes above and beyond like they did! I also would like to mention that their was no additional charge for the extra work they did for me.

Though the phone was not unlocked. and i see with my bank there is no charge and the amount is reversed.

So, we had talked to the "Service" team of AT&T because the phone we wanted to use was locked, but had been paid long ago. However, nobody was able to give us a solution. When using AT&T webpages we would only get a message similar to: "Looks like you haven't paid off your device yet. Follow these steps to pay off your installment plan. Then, wait 48 hours before you submit a new request." which was not accurate. We decided to give ATT Unlocker a chance, and lo & behold two days later they unlocked the phone. We're now able to use it anywhere. Thanks guys! You rule.

I will be leaving the US in a soon. I need to have my phone unlocked so I am able to use it overseas. I have been searching the internet on ways to get my AT&T phone unlocked. I came across several sites that claimed to be able to provide such service. I read through the reviews and decided attunlocker.us had the best reviews and seemed to be the most legit. I gave it a try, and voila! It works. I will be spreading the good news. Wish I would have found you earlier!

I started on the hunt to unlock an iPhone 6s that was still on finance and came across ATTUNLOCKER.US - obviously, everything is a scam until proven otherwise so I googled around and found this list of very high ratings, which made me even more suspicious that they were planting good reviews. However, even the negative ones said "...at least I got a refund." so I was liked "well, what the hell?" I paid the $20 and waited 3 days before emailing them to ask about the status. I got a response in a VERY reasonable amount of time explaining that I would need to use the Apple Premium service, which was an additional $80 ($100 total). This is the part I love: The original $20 had ALREADY BEEN REFUNDED -- I could have just walked away and tried again somewhere else before they even sent the email! I didn't have to say I want my money back, they just gave it to me and explained that if I wanted to pay for the premium that they just needed me to click on a link.. so I did.

24 hours after paying the $100 for the premium service, and I'm now using the iPhone on a network that's not AT&T.

GREAT Customer service, AS ADVERTISED SERVICE. I will be using them again should the need arise.

Attunlocker.us was able to unlock an AT&T iPhone 6s Plus for a friend of mine when another company failed to do so! I first attempted to use their "cheaper" regular unlock service which was unsuccessful but then used their Premium Unlock Gateway, it did take a few days but they were successful at unlocking the iPhone. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company for anyone who wants a GUARANTEED UNLOCK for their AT&T iPhone so that it can be used with all carriers. They did unlock after 3 week, they use to say many reasons for late but anyway they finally did successfully

Need to know which carrier my phone was locked and they where able to provide me the details within 24 hours. They also respond to email which is a plus.

As I work in the Middle East I was assured by two customer service personnel at AT&T that they would unlock my phone. Then once I got to the Middle East (and could not return the phone) they denied my unlock request. I was so MAD!!! But Andrew and ATT Unlocker came through for me. It took longer then anticipated about 2 weeks but Andrew answered all my question and continued to give me status updates!!! First I was worried. Becoz, someone from oneunlock scammed me. Then I come to know about attunlocker.us. Still I was in tension, becoz my phone was in hard contact with AT&T. I have been scammed by other service that took my money and never unlocked my iPhone. iPhoneIMEI net took $100+ from me and never did it in 20 days! And these guys did it in 4 days! They explained the only option was to use Apple gateway to unlock and they did it. Thank you!

The staff at this site make it seem like they have known you for a while, and will jump through HOOPS to ensure you are satisfied. After failed attempts elsewhere, I came to ATTunlocker as a hail mary. I should have came to these guys months ago. I order an unlock for an iPhone 5C tied to AT&T that wouldn't work for my country, only US networks; anyway I got the notification that the iPhone was unlocked but told them about my situation through an e-mail saying my iPhone was labeled as unlocked but my local SIM won't still work. I was worried about not having a refund but I actually did get one a few days later. They're very responsive with customer service, would definitely give it another try.
