Quality and customer support

For me Swiss Solution Group AG is Switzerland's no. 1 for refurbished PCs and Mac's. Cleaning is perfect, in my case no signs of wear for a device labeled "A (wie neu)". The pre-installed installation image including Microsoft Office completes installation flawlessly and fast. My device did not feature Windows Hello Face as it was supposed to feature. Manager Aid Biqkaj replaced the device with a higher priced upgrade that fulfilled all requirements. Weeks later I ran a Microsoft Office repair, which finally required me to reenter the Office license key which I did not save before. Aid Biqkaj created a new one for me.
