Overall I like this company
Overall I like this company. There are of course nuances, somehow they often respond without carefully reading your message, for example, I write to them to check the account number 5.... on the subject of full passage of the test, and in the reply letter will almost always be named your account), but this is picky on my part. And more withdrawal of funds always at the maximum limit of the allotted time usually waiting for 5 working days, never once withdrew faster ). Taking to much time for verification phase delivery
Audacity take to much time to deliver verification phase.. As much upgradation cames in industry. There should automatically mechanism to review account breaching rules.
And automatic delivery of next phase with 24 hours. It takes up to 72hours to deliver.

I am trading with Audacity since 2021 and they never gave me a reason not to trust them.
Of course they have things they can improve(dashboard, website), but when it comes to things that matters(profit sharing, transparency) they do not disappoint.

Not even worth the one star
Not even worth the one star. Bought an account, achieved target in two weeks, then the classic response of I hit my drawdown limits as the old excuse to hold payout. I am owed well over £500, and until im payed, I'm using my photographic evidence to actively discouraging other traders.

Great Propfirm with a Solid Business plan.
I started with Audacity Capital few years back, and my 1st 2-3 tries weren't successful and as well the model back then of monthly maintainance fee was not of a great help as well, but fast forward, they took out the monthly fees and increased thw account leverage which was all i needed to come back and give them a try. I have been trading with them now for a total of 49days and i have been able to secure 2 payouts and got my account doubled twice as they promised within this period. Great experience with them so far am i am already waiting for my 3rd payout this coming week and my account being doubled again.
Customer service is polite and very responsive, if i have a suggestion to make it will be for them to cut down the minimum trading days requirement and as well the number of days required to wait for account review and payout, which is 3-5days.

fraud Prop firm
fraud Prop firm, i scaled my account upto $30,000 and a profit of $1000, i paused my account i met with an accident. i asked the condition for how long i can keep my account paused. the reply i got is unlimited. now when i asked them to resume the account they say. they cant my account is archived . and new rules and conditions been imposed. taking monthly fee every month , even kept the whole profit of $1000 and their non clear way of commuication and chaging of rule impacted my account track record, money and time

We understand your frustration and would like to address some of the points you've raised.
You opened a Funded Trader Account with us in 2021, and actively traded on this account until August 2022, in accordance with the monthly fees paid for our services.
However, after August 2022, there was no communication indicating a desire to pause your account for an extended period. As per our internal policy, accounts that remain inactive for over 6 months are automatically disabled.
As per contract, a contract that you signed when you joined, we have the right to terminate the agreement as it involves activity on our proprietary capital.
As part of our policy, any account with inactivity for more than 6 months is disabled and cannot be recovered, which is an industry standard to not leave accounts inactive for that long in order to maintain data hygiene on internal systems.
We appreciate your feedback, but we must express our disappointment at being unfairly accused of wrongdoing or scamming. Since 2012, we've been operating following the principles of transparency and fairness, distributing profits to traders worldwide on a daily basis.
