Outstanding. I have been buying audio equipment for some 17-18 years but only discovered Audio Philia about 12 months ago - when I was looking to make a major upgrade. Carlo and Gary at Audio Philia cannot be bettered in my experience. I have bought equipment on 7 or 8 different occasions from them as well as trading in a couple of items. Each time I got what I felt was top quality advice, an appreciation of 'value' to the customer with an exceptionally fair deal, and an understanding of 'synergy' between my existing and new components. It is also always a pleasure to deal with Audio Philia. I can definitely recommend the Company for anyone new to Hifi, for those coming back to Hifi after a number of years (like myself), and for those looking to trade in equipment.

My second purchase from Carlo & Gary and again, I'm not disappointed. These guys go above and beyond to provide a great customer experience. They were proactive in chasing the order of my Anthem processor every step of the way, which was late from the manufacturer. If your considering the purchase of hi-fi equipment, you would do no better than to use Audio-Phillia.....I certainly will be again.

Bought my PS Audio DSJ from Audio-Phillia. Great service and price. It was shipped and delivered within 2 days and it's condition as described was excellent (mint). A faultless experience.

Recently bought a Linn TT from Audio-philia, item exactly as described, exceptionally well packaged and sold for a very good price. The entire transaction was carried out very professionally.
