Audio Affair - a 1st Class Audio Supplies Firm!
Audio Affair knows how to relate to the customer - they are anxious to please and do everything they can to help. I asked them to supply a replacement remote control for my hifi, and they did so promptly, only for me to find it wouldn't connect with my hifi. They immediately sent another one which, sadly also failed to work - both Audio Affair and I were misled by erroneous online information. I returned the item and they immediately refunded me the cost. I would have no hesitation in contacting them again should I need any further hifi supplies. An excellent company which I fully recommend!

I ordered a power cable, which took a time to make and deliver from the manufacturer. Niall who I presume deals with the customer services contact side of things, kept me informed, and was extremely polite, informative, and helpful. The company has good prices, great customer services, and from my experience was entirely trustworthy and decent. So I recommend them if you are buying Hifi products.

I recently purchased an amplifier from Audio Affair. I have bought several pieces of hifi kit in the past and if Audio Affair sell something I want to buy, they will be my first port of. The staff are always friendly and courteous. I have dealt with Joey on several occasions and he has always been courteous and very knowledgeable. I will no doubt be returning to Audio Affair in the near future. A great company and great staff.
