I had a small problem and the team got right on it with in a short period, I was back in business.

Logging in to your system has become a total pain. Endless login fails with the correct info and having to reverify every time via email and phone. Why are you hitting us with the Shopify verification crap. I’ve read the same on various threads. Until this is sorted I won’t be back.

I´ve been buying plugins and audio related software from AudioDeluxe for over 5 years now and I´ve never had anything but a very positive experience with them and I have over 60 transactions with them, some including multiple products.

Their support is very quick and efficient, I´ve had to contact them a few times and alway had a quick and satisfactory resolution to all my problems. I can take for example the lates one where I bought an upgrade for PreSonus Studio One 7 Pro from an older version. I could not register it on my account at presonus and contacted PreSonus tech support to help me sort it out. I also sent an email to AudioDeluxe to notify them and ask if they had any advice for me. Well within an hour, AudioDeluxe sent me a reply with a resolution to my problem. Presonus Techsupport took 3 days to answer me and only sent me some generic solutions that really had nothing to do with my problem and didn´t solve anything.

I also love their DeluxeBucks reward system which is easy to use and very generous.
They periodically have the best prices on plugins out there.

I’ve been purchasing plugins from AudioDeluxe for over 12 years, and going back even further when they sold exclusively on eBay. I always check on their site before any plugin purchase. I usually find that they have a discount, but if not then there is often times a free plugin added to the purchase - and always DeluxeBucks that can be used in a future purchase. Like your favorite compressor, keep AudioDeluxe nearby to dial in the real deal!

I have bought a fair bit of music software from this company over the last 10 or so years. I have rarely had an issue in that time, but when I have - like yesterday, they always solve things quickly.

I had bought some software 2 years ago and never registered or installed it. I went to do so yesterday and the licence I was given wouldn't work - said it was already registered to someone else. So I emailed - not expecting a lot, given this was from 2 years ago!

A few hours later I got a message back saying that had been solved and the new licence put in my account. This one worked perfectly when I tried it. Great service.

They also always offer excellent deals too with some of the best prices anywhere - which is why I buy from them in the USA, even though I'm in the UK. I recommend Audio Deluxe without reservation.
