WARNING

WARNING - Zero communications and exceptionally poor customer service. After 3 days of phone calls and leaving messages, I finally received a return call from Mike. He said that he would be able to help with my home automation, but would not be able to integrate our alarm system or thermostats which are currently connected, but not working as desired. We agreed on a date of the following Tuesday morning for his system expert to review my current system and make recommendations regarding system upgrades and automation, and also agreed that if they were overloaded, we would have a fall-back of Wednesday morning. Tuesday came around and without any communication, no one showed up at the appointed time. I called their office to ask if they were planning to come out later in the day or if we were going to the fall-back of Wednesday. The office did not know and planned to send a message to Mike for resolution and said that he would call me back. I never received that phone call. Wednesday came around and again without any communication, no one showed up at the appointed fall back time. I received a voice message from Jesse later that day stating that they could be there Thursday afternoon. I told him to forget it. I took their lack of communication and unreliability regarding a new customer as a foreshadowing of an inability to provide service when I would need it in the future. I cannot spend three days with multiple phone calls and messages to just get a single response from them, and then spend two days tied to my house waiting for them without so much as courtesy call that they weren’t going to be able make it. And this would likely be any time I need them for a question or a problem. I am grateful that they failed so miserably so that I was able to walk away rather than be frustrated for the lifetime of any work they performed. My advice - find someone else. That’s what I’m doing.
