I'd put 0 but it's not allowed
I made an order for a replacement charging case at the start of this month. Like many, I didn't get an update UNTIL I chased them down for an answer, just to find that they had nothing in stock; so they wait for you to pay and THEN they make the order.
They have nothing in stock, and they don't bother to keep people updated on what's going on. I asked for a refund and they seemed to be quick to respond to them.
Better off going to an eBay seller or just buying a pair brand new, terrible company.
Not a great experience
Not a great experience. Ordered and paid. No communication to tell me the item was out of stock. Wrote an email. Went onto the chat. Eventually got a reply. I do understand if they don't have an item. Once they replied they were helpful and keen to help. Got a refund- but really just need to be more organised at the front end
Awful experience
Awful experience, fair outcome. I ordered a charging case for my jabra ear phones, weeks went by and it never arrived. Asked for a refund, was promised the order would arrive, it didn’t. Repeated the same miserable process a couple of times and nothing arrived. Finally asked for a refund and eventually got it. They were actually very polite over the whole process. Like a well brought up teenager who was playing at running a terrible business from their bedroom.
I ordered a replacement case for my…
I ordered a replacement case for my Apple airpods which i lost on the train. Received in good time and works as it should. Saved me buying a new set.
An obvious scam
An obvious scam. Like others I paid around 50 quid for a replacement earbud. It was clearly an old earbud that had been cleaned up. The battery was dead. I emailed and asked for a replacement and they said it was on the way. I just tried to email them again only to get a "Mail Delivery Subsystem" message telling me "address not found".
How is it that in 2024 companies like this are allowed to pop up and advertise on Google etc and scam people out of their money? How is this legal? Why is it allowed to happen by Google?
Started off ok
Started off ok, received the order about 3 or 4 days later than expected but didn't reply to emails asking if my order had actually shipped.
But then it went down hill.
Earphone (Left Sony wf-1000mx4) received is only holding about 70% battery and drops to zero in the same time the original right headphone only loses 5%.
Not to worry I thought, I'll email them and sort a swap or replacement.
No replies to emails, then promises of shipping, then no replies to emails. Replacement should have arrived about 5 days ago, received nothing and not getting any replies to emails.
Maybe they are busier than they can handle but if you're going to ship faulty goods as "like new" then you're gonna get 1 star reviews.
My last review I gave 1 star because…
My last review I gave 1 star because twice the item I ordered didn't turn up and I didn't think I'd get a refund but lo and behold I have.
Still wouldn't use them again
Had a great experience
Had a great experience. Ordered a replacement used apple airpod charging case. Communication was fast despite being a bank holiday weekend and delivered promptly.
Don't touch these chancers.
Don't touch these chancers.
Doesn't deserve 1 star, but that's the minimum to write a review.
I ordered 2 items on 18 March and payment was taken on order. Tracking shows order is "preparing for shipping" and has done since Day1. Despite many emails chasing delivery I have received various reasons for the delays - order was spilt as 1 item was damaged, will dispatch it "express post" mid week, 1 item has been dispatched, has it not arrived ? I will get you a 10% discount on the complete order, I was advised a new order was dispatched.........
30 days after the order was placed I demanded a full refund and was told "we are sorry......I was advised a new order was dispatched, but as this has not been received I will action a full refund. Refund will show in 3-5 days"
And 2 weeks later I am still waiting for the promised refund and during which time the website continues to show both items as being available.
I advised AudioSpares yesterday that I have now placed the issue in the hands of my Card Issuer and got the following response "I can see the full refund was processed. We have no intention of keeping funds........ I have requested this to be looked into but can see the funds have left us. If you can give us 3 working days I am sure the funds will show."
I now eagerly await Lord Lucan turning up at my address riding Shergar with a cheque in his hands.
In the meantime I advise anyone not to touch these guys with a barge pole.
I eventually ordered the items from a reputable supplier on eBay and got the items within 4 days. Just wish I'd done that in the first place.
Advertise products to buy that they don’t have in stock.
I ordered a replacement and had to chase them when it didn’t turn up for weeks. Only when I chased did they say they were waiting for a shipment of the item. They shouldn’t be advertising products on their website that they don’t have. Anyway, they said they could send a different coloured one. I said fine send it ASAP. It’s been over a week and still no tracking, nothing. I’ve requested a refund. Will never use again.
A positive experience with Audio Spares
After loosing one of my J Lab air buds, I found Audio Spares online and ordered a preused replacement. The website quoted 2 to 4 working days of delivery, after no sign of my order arriving after a week, I contacted the company who advised the item had been despatched. I then came across the ecent Trust pilot reviews of the company which have all poor, advising poor or no delivery, wrong product or bad communication and my heart sank. I received a reply advising a replacement would be sent out by RM Tracked and it arrived the following day.The item looked like new and works perfectly.
Hope this review can help to redress the balance, as I wohighly recommend Audio Spares.
Terrible
Didn’t have the product in stock and refuse to issue a refund. Do not use.
My order did not come
My order did not come I did not get a refund and when I went to track my order it said they did not receive an order from me even though the money came clearly out of account
Be aware of no free returns and no refunds
Ordered a spare part but the item was not compatible with what I needed so requested to return item. I was told I could not get free returns and had to pay for return because it was my mistake. I did this and the item has been received by supplier but no refund and ignored various emails requesting my money to be returned
Terrible
Didn't get my product for ages due to a delay which I was only told about after chasing the delivery twice. Then when it turned out not to be the part I needed are still yet to send me a return label despite saying they would and having been chased three times. Avoid.
No product and no refund - poor
After 2 months of not providing the product still not had a refund.
Fast, reliable delivery and good products.
Delivery was rapid! The cables were much better than expected too - much better than my local shop and half the price
Yeah, does what it says
Great prices, good stock and pretty fast delivery
Super Smashing Great!
Rapid delivery, super prices and excellent customer service. The best Audio company I have ever dealt with - thanks!
