Ordered shoe rack in February and never received. This is a scam do not order from this website. They should be ashamed of themselves.

Ordered BBQ ne postal mention so tried to make a query now the site is down. they have taken everybody's money and scarpered. i hope they get found and jailed.

I have purchased end of January a shoe racking which I haven’t received.
They responded to my email once, a month ago ,telling me it’s on the way .
Nothing since then.
And now it’s ERROR .
Glad I have credit card cover for these scammers.
Sad times ….

Audreycorey is a SCAM!!! I ordered shoe rack and vacuum, I waited more than a month before requesting an update to which I was sent a tacking link that I followed till it showed delivered but not to me. I sent an email letting them know that I did not get the items and tracking showed to be done and there was no response. Multiple emails later, the website automatically disappeared. It is very upsetting to lose $150 of your hard earned money and I hope this company is taking down!

I also ordered the shoe organizer January 18th. A couple of days later i received the message "waiting for details" When I tried to email customer service i got no response. Tried the website and received the something went wrong message, unreachable.

I advise people not to send their money to them. They advise fake items, collect money and never deliver the goods.

I was scammed of my hard earned money $118 with a fake tracking number and a link that led nowhere. I waited for almost three months. Like they just disappeared into thin air. Website GONE!!

Well I wish I had seen these reviews before ordering, I've been scammed for a shoe holder, I hope they choke on my money.

Yep I’m in the scam boat also, received nothing I got a reply however believe it or not saying there’s shipping issues that’s all, also the website is now completely down so they’ve pulled a runner. Shoe cabinet never arrived

I ordered 5 shoe cabinets and I have not received anything yet. They got the money and now I can’t reach them. I’m calling my bank to report them as a scam

I ordered a set of furniture for shoes and I'm yet to receive any tracking information on my #order! Now I realize the website just disappeared!!

Stay off from this site even when its eventually back! They're bunch of scammers stealing people's money.

Ordered a shoe cabinet on the 7th Jan.
Still nothing arrived and no one gotten back to me about why this is happening.
I'm going to say I got scammed $90.

I am writing to formally raise serious concerns regarding Audrey Corey, an online company selling shoe cabinets.

In my case, the seller provided PayPal with delivery tracking information as proof that my order had been delivered. However, I did not receive the item. The tracking number provided cannot be properly verified through standard tracking systems, yet it was presented as confirmation of successful delivery.

I strongly dispute the validity of this proof of delivery. Based on my experience, the tracking information appears unreliable and does not accurately reflect the actual situation. Nevertheless, PayPal decided to accept the seller’s submission.

This outcome is deeply disappointing. One of the primary reasons I use PayPal is for buyer protection against fraudulent or misleading business practices. When questionable tracking information is accepted without proper verification, it undermines buyer confidence in the protection system.

I am sharing this experience to raise awareness and encourage other buyers to exercise caution when purchasing from this company.

I placed an order for the 5 tier shoe compartment with the mirror. I ordered 2 to be exact back in January. The money was taken out of my account. I have yet to even receive a tracking number. Nowhere on the site does it even permit for me to get this info. I am preparing to move and this has me feeling that I have been scammed out of $100.

I ordered on the 29 December no tracking my parcel never recieved anything just wasted £35 pound don’t buy from them rip off scam

I placed an order with Audreycorey. My order took over a month, but this is not what I am upset about. First of all my tracking kept disappearing. And then when it finally came back up, it said that my package was out for delivery, but I never got the package. It said that the package was dropped off at some pick up point, but I don’t know where that is because they never told me where to pick the package up. This is the most frustrating experience I’ve ever had dealing with a company. They won’t respond to emails they won’t do anything to help. I am reporting them to the Better Business Bureau and they don’t even deserve one star

If I could rate zero stars I would. I ordered 2 vertical grills a month ago. I chased by email and was told they had been despached. I waited and chased again and was sent an email that showed a line of a tracking document that stated 'order out for delivery'. No order number or delivery address shown. Nothing. I then asked for a full copy of the tracking document to give to my credit card account and was sent an email saying they had still not heard back from the postman. This is a scam company that you should not waste your hard earned money on.

Audreycorey…..you should not be selling these horrible Polyester Clothes/dresses. I bought one and it was HORRIBLE. That very model has been filmed in so many clothes and on so many sites - that in itself spells SCAM
