I can easily recommend them...there was no "high pressure",,, and they showed me nothing but respect during the process. If you want to open an precious metals IRA it's hard to imagine a better choice.

I appreciate the time making me comfortable with my 1st IRA rollover. I was allowed time to consider what metals to buy, strategy to consider, and the pros and cons of the different decisions were clearly and patiently communicated. Although it took some time to get metals fully delivered to my account, it is done. (Everyone in the industry has the same issue with shortages in silver). Couldn't be happier. Now let's make some money!!

Everything was going well from the…
Everything was going well from the first contact and one hour educational session however, I feel that the whole process was not transparent. My wife and I were not told that there was another company namely EQUITY institutional which we noticed some bad negative reviews. We were not impressed with the last person and handling our case, including termination of the contract.
Augusta gold company should make it clear that there is another company involved in gold IRA account. So we decided not to go ahead opening account.

I disagree with Augusta gold company response. During education session, there was no mention of third-party. By the way, even though it was supposed to be canceled we are still getting statement from the third-party that did have some poor ratings from its customers.

Smooth and positive experience. I did a lot of research to find the right precious metals IRA, and I decided on Augusta. The process was smooth and I felt a transparency with Augusta that I didn't find with the other companies I researched.

Hi, I usually don't write the reviews, or nor I know how correctly write them, but I think honest opinion and free expression of truth is better than the well composed review. I just recently expressed my interest in investing in precious metals, which I knew nothing about or didn't even know where to start. After doing some research online, with AI's help I didn't get any further. All I found online was getting education from the well known companies that spend huge amount money to advertise themselves as the #1 gold and silver dealers or the best dealer on the market until I really had to deal with them and realize that they were no different than any car dealerships that have the fake masks on their faces until they make the sale and as soon as they got what they wanted (The sale) they treat you like any by passer in the street(From my personal experience, I realized it on time and cancelled the transaction on time , on my seventh day of satisfaction guarantee period) .After doing more careful research and paying attention to whom I want to deal with and trust with my hard earned money I strongly believe so far that I found the right company that truly made me fill that I was dealing with the real honest people within the company, that I could trust and made me fill that they were there for me to give me important education on how to start, what to know and how to identify and differentiate honest company from fake . One of the most impressive firs step or requirement I should say, that Augusta Precious Metals company introduces is that, there is a educational 1 hour or more zoom educational conference call with (in my case with Ericka Otero, Customer Success Agent / On- Boarding Specialist ) She gave me more knowledge and understanding on how to differentiate one company from another and how to see and read the fine prints in the contracts before it's too late , in one hour plus than I did on my own research days and days prior that class. she was so clear with the details, willing to answer every my question patiently and clearly, it was so educational and interesting to get as much knowledge as possible from her that she never minded to spend extra time with me to address every single question I had for her. The fees that she explained that the company charges were explained very honestly and clearly so there wouldn't be any surprises down in the road. In the conclusion, I'd say that I spoke to many gold companies but the way the Augusta representatives (Ericka Otero and Ebony Jones) expressed their attention, knowledge, willingness to help and get the job done with their patience and professionalism was very impressive and priceless. It is a pleasure to deal with Augusta Precious Metals company , Ericka and Ebony.

I own gold and silver that I purchased from Augusta. When I have questions about my account I call Augusta and usually talk to Cierra. My year end RMD is usually what I need help with. This year was no exception. Cierra walked me through the process. She is always very helpful and patient explaining answers to my questions. Augusta had a team of people who took the time to explain the process for opening, maintaining, and the costs associated with a precious metals IRA. Then another person helped with the application process including working with the custodian as well as moving existing IRA funds to the new custodian. Finally they presented all the options for the selection of my precious metals and handled the purchase. All went very smooth.
