We order alarms from here regularly and always find them to be reliable and efficient.

It is a scam website. They will not deliver orders. They have no stock in the UK just laying. They will not even deliver orders from China. Help yourself and avoid this obvious scam

Don't even bother with them. It's a scam. I will open case but I doubt I will get my money back.

I have read those bad reviews on the net but decided to go and give them a try and true to their words, think twice before putting your money with them, already spent round 2k with but who cares, had quality issues with some product so tried to contact them but got ghosted no response at all, negative experience

Absolutely fake website!!
I ordered products and made the payment, after one day I got a mail from them saying few products are out of stock and their goods are in China where as the website was showing stock, and they said they will refund the excess amount .I had to mail them 10 times for my money and even mailed them legal notices , still after a month they haven't issued me VAT invoice . I DONT KNOW WHY THEY GOVERNMENT HAS NOT SHUT THEM DOWN

I don’t know why this website’s got so many bad reviews I am not sure if they are actually genuine. BDW I just bought some products from them and except the fact of the cheap price, which I struggle to find on other wholesalers, the delivery was very quick. I am definitely going to buy again from them!

It was good first , than noticed prices were going up fast almost double in some cases , impossible to do wholesale with them or sell on eBay or Amazon , very disappointed with new management , they are scamming people.

Don't order from here period! They will send you faulty or incorrect products and will make returning them thay difficult that you give up! Horrible customer service.

Total scam. Stay away. They sell products with missing parts but they hide this info in their ads and refuse to give refunds. I bought a machine which was advertised as coming with batteries ready to use but there was no battery at all. So they took my money and didn't get anything I could use in exchange. The quality of the product is terrible too. Looks like weak plastic that could break any minute. Buy from trust worthy sellers instead. Don't give them your money.

99% of the goods are not british standard, they could be very dangerous and kill someone. careful people !!!

They sell counterfeit items, trading standards have been informed, court case will be opened.

Please never do drop shipping with them you will face big trouble your customer and ending up negative feedback on eBay. Their inventory control in zero level & worst. Many products out of stock, but still showing available and the customer service worst ever in UK (Mr Fairy) and never apologize even their mistake. I did few items with them, those items gave me lots of hassle and end up with negative feedbacks and taking two three days to dispatch item sometimes more than week. I'm strongly advice don't do drop ship with them. All the best!
