Never received it.

It's an okay brush. My cat still likes the old one better so we mostly use that, but I'll grab this brush occasionally simply because the clean up is faster.

Order wasn’t shipped for a week. No status update. Had to contact customer service to have it resolved. Would have expected them to be more proactive. It seems like the order is progressing now. Let’s hope it goes smoothly from here onwards.

Decent brush, but my cat still prefers our old one. I use this one sometimes just because it's easier to clean.

Bristles on brush are too short and too soft. None of my cats will let me brush with it after a first try. The material of the outer shell of the brush attracts hair like a magnet and is very difficult to clean.
Shipping time was almost two weeks, very slow.
I have contacted Aumuca numerous times about initiating a return and so far have received no reply.
I do not recommend this item or this company.

I thought my cat hated brushing because every other brush and comb was rejected. But he loves the ones I got here and can’t get enough of them.

We still haven't received our package. Tracking hasn't been updated since August 7th. We know it's a great product, because we've had it and used it before. But where is our package?

When I saw this brush on line, it looked like a nice size and shape, and would be easy to remove the fur from. I'm pleased on all counts. It's an excellent brush and my two cats can't get enough.

Great product and great turnaround for delivery

Really works, our cats tolerate the brush and de - thatcher. We have 2 Maine coon cats and their fur is so thick and downy.
