Welcoming staff and amazing service
I would like to start my review with expressing a BIG thanks to Hüseyin Sarigôz at Aunsbjer, Horsens, for being so dedicated, kind and thoughtful. For spending so much time with us and making sure that we are informed and happy with our purchase.
We have been looking to buy a car for a while, and since it is the first can me and my fiance buy we took our time at looking around, talking with different car dealers and sales reps. Some of our encounters have been good, others have been awful, but we both agree that Aunsbjerg in Horsens exceeded all our expectations.
From the first email we sent to Hüseyin Sarigôz to the moment we took the keys to our new car, we felt absolutely great.
We went to Aunsbjerg after having a bad experience in another car dealership and after talking to a friend of ours, that had bought a car from them previously. He had only good things to say about the shop, their service and the people working there. So we thought we would give it a try, knowing they could not be worst than the guy we met previously.
We sent them an email, made an appointment for a test drive and we were all set. We were greeted at the door by Hüseyin Sarigôz and went on to look at the car we wanted to have. He took his time to explain all the features and little perks of the car, and then gave us the keys so we can go and test how it feels.
We came back happy and a step closer to committing to the purchase. What made us feel happy about this place is the way they talked to us. Asking us what we want, what are our needs, not just pushing a car down our throats so they can close a deal.
The sales rep we had took the time to make sure we are fully informed on all the financial options, all the service options, all the benefits from buying the car from them... everything we needed to know. He even stayed after the working hours so we can discuss more on the car and look at different options in their shop at Kolding.
So we committed and we bought our very first car :)
We went to pick it up a few days later, and we were absolutely heart-warmed by the way we were greeted again. On the front shield there was a bottle of champagne and a note congratulating us and wishing us safe travels.
We honestly cannot express the gratitude we have for the way were were treated, the patience, kindness and effort that was put into this sale.
We have been suggesting the place ever since and we will definitely continue doing so!
