I made a mistake with my email which meant I didn't receive a notification of purchase - the company rectified this quickly and reissued the original confirmation email. Delivery was as expected and the product worked out of the box. Also appreciated that there was not excessive packaging used.

Product showing as available on the site, and had been for a while, so finally ordered it only to receive a vague automated email saying my order had been cancelled due to product being discontinued. Whats the point having it listed then? Frustrating.

Ordered a foot massager for my disabled father on 17th September. Received an email 5 days later to say that the item had been discontinued. Not good enough - what were Auravita doing with my order for 5 days?

I ordered a product and it arrived here in Australia, no problem. I even received notification in email as to when the order was received and when it was action-ed and dispatched.

Ordered an eyeshadow pallete and i hadnt updated my address on paypal. After getting in touch with them, they had it sorted by the next day. So helpful. I'd buy from here again.

My daughter loves this brush, she is so pleased it is like a big electric brush. From my view it's great as as 30second , 2 min timer like the oral b's. Which my daughter now enjoys waiting till it stops and every 30 second moving to another are of her mouth. Best thing is it has a light which is good when your trying to get to those hard to reach places. First time using Auravita , Quick delivery and well packed , will use them again without worry.

Website says free delivery for a £45 order but, having spent time and effort putting together such an order (and then having to send multiple emails trying to understand why my order didn't get free delivery), I was eventually referred to the small print confirming my order was too heavy for the "free delivery" offer (I was ordering lentil chips!) and so would incur sizeable shipping fee.

I then ordered from a competitor with a proper, unconditional, free delivery for £x amount spend. Just wish I had done that in the first place, thus saving the time and effort of dealing with this company.

I was looking for better priced products and this was the site that had the best price on very good quality products. Products were in stock, delivery was prompt and packaging was perfect! I shall this site again.
