PLEASE!!!

I made an order 14. januar 2017 - but I have not recived any e-mail from you that confirm my Order or any e-mail at all (Ordernumber 171689) and yet you have already drawn 246.24 € from my bankaccount!
My order is not anywere to be found, even under 'order history' in my account on your website. I have made 2 request - an you have not respond yet.
Will you PLEASE look my order up!!!!
PLEASE GET IN TOUCH WITH ME AT ONCE!!
