Breast enlargement
Mr Richards and all of his staff are amazing. I had seen other surgeons but no one compared to Mr Richards. Aggie is fantastic, very patient and knows her stuff. You will not be disappointed. I have been very open about my enlargement and the first thing people say is "wow ! they look so natural"

Very professional service and trustworthy. I was very satisfied.
From the initial consultation to the final operation I had complete trust in doctor Richards. He did exactly as I asked and I was very happy with the end result. My only concern was that I had to travel far away from london for appointments with the nurse. As I live in london this was the only downside for me.

100% trust Adrian and his wonderful team
If you are thinking of having cosmetic surgery I totally recommend Aurora. I have had two surgeries and have felt that I was in safe and competent hands both times. Adrian has a lovely bedside manner and really puts you at ease, he is also excellent at his job. Aggie is just fantastic, so supportive and patient and will spend as long as you need to answer any questions and make sure you understand what is going to happen. I think they both really care about people and it shows in everything they do.

Was extremely impressed with all the staff. The procedure was very quick and painless and healed up very quickly. Would never know I had anything done. Looks like new

This was not my first Breast Augmentation but the experience was worlds apart from the first time. Mr Berry, Flur and Sarah advised and supported me from my first consultation and still are one week post op. I was able to discuss all of my concerns and expectations receiving honest advice based on years of experience.
I was not rushed into making a decision and was not charged for the three pre op consultations I had (unlike other companies). I have been well looked after and I am very pleased with the results.
