Took 3 weeks for the necklace to arrive. Was not kept informed & had to keep chasing.
Was told by someone in CS they were dealing with it personally, but there was never any follow up.
Second time wearing necklace and it has broken.
Will be asking for a refund - extremely disappointed ☹️

There was a very long time between placing the order and delivery. I had to chase it up and it was only then that I got told there was a delay with the beads being used. It was disappointing to have to chase to get that information. Poor customer service.

My husband ordered one of the initial necklaces for my birthday. I was surprised to see how tiny and flimsy it was, not at all as the pictures represented it. The letters can hardly be seen. We are raising this with the company.

They forgot to send the product and sent it several weeks later after my e-mail. The products themselves are high quality.

I got the petite diamond star necklace as a gift, it's gorgeous! So dainty and perfect to layer a longer bolder necklace under.

I absolutely love the products and customer service were so great but shipping to EU has been such a problem, I have had to pay double the price for customs , it’s stuck in Greece with very weird confusing process's to release it , so whilst I would love to buy from them again I think it’s not worth it if you’re outside the UK - it’s way too expensive and complex - I am not even sure if it will reach my friend who I bought it for

Love my necklace but took 2 months to arrive which is quite long.

My daughter saw the piece in Liberty’s in London but we were strapped for time so I looked it up online and ordered direct when we returned home.
The service was exceptional, and arrived beautifully packaged.

Purchased an e-gift for someone which I found to be very easy and straight forward. They were delighted with the gift and the range of products on offer.

The chain itself was impossible to put on because the holes were so small for the clasp. It was like playing some impossible Christmas cracker game and I had to give up! Maybe I’m just getting old! Bear it in mind when you are getting a shorter chain. I had not realised the extension is already part of the necklace. I thought it was something which could be removed or added on. Just something to be aware of as I’d have purchased a longer extension had I known.
The chain is beautiful and delicate but I do worry that this will break and can see this has been an issue with others. The letters are very small, which I like. Very understated but special but as I say, I really don’t know if it will last and for the price I’m on the fence about this.

The pouch it came in was lovely but dirty however they have rectified this straight away - customer service cannot be faulted.
