Peptide Warehouse is a company in the online peptide space that stands out as one of integrity, outstanding values and transparency, as well as a supplier of quality products.
I recently ordered & paid for 2 products, one of which their system showed as available however it wasn't and shouldn't have shown as such on the front end.
I was contacted immediately by them after I enquired about my delivery, the error was explained and they took total responsibility for the issue. I was offered a work around and given constant updates as to the delivery progress of the outstanding item.
The constant flow of timely information to my individual situation, along with the demonstration of a high level of integrity and customer service (which is severely lacking in others within this space), made the entire experience very easy and satisfying.
This is why I will be a return customer and do not hesitate to highly recommend this company.
