The business name has “Aussie” in the title though its office is in France.
They are Chinese individuals pretending to be aligned with Australia.
The website talks about 30 day returns and consumer protection, they have flashy images. Be very careful! It’s all fake.
Their customer reviews are fake.
I ordered 2 fans for $604 AUD and when I received them the quality was pitiful, the writing on fan controls were in Chinese not even in English.
I tried contacting them for refund no response, they refused any assistance whatsoever. They stated “we have a no refund policy”.
What this company is doing is selling Chinese fans into the Australian market at premium prices using “Aussie” in business name to fool people. Yet, they don’t even bother ensuring controls on fans are written in English, that wiring in fans is compliant.
I’ve reported them to Australian consumer affairs, Scamwatch, other government entities and Spotify which enables there online store.
Do not waste your money with these people!
