Robin from Austin Hawk Andover was amazing. As first time buyers he helped explain everything we needed to know about the process & nothing was ever too much trouble. He was efficient, helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend to others to use them!

First of all a huge thank you to John for his professional approach to selling our home, twice in one week! Secondly, Dean and the team, a ‘dream team’ really, as they pulled out EVERY stop to help us over the hurdle to Exchange today, after our purchase through a different Estate Agent turned our entire chain into a nightmare overnight last week, threatening its collapse. Not only did Dean & his team step up to do the job the other Estate Agency should’ve done from the get go, but Dean himself stepped in to help our Solicitor as she was so overwhelmed through no fault of her own, but thanks to COVID and the SDLT holiday! Through this whole process, like no other EA we’ve ever used, AH have earned our trust and should we ever need the services of a trusted, professional EA agent, we will without a doubt use AH again! We had a really pleasant experience with the Lettings Advisor, Stephanie, whilst showing us a house for my daughter today. This is my 6th house and every time I have used an estate agent or online agent (Geez I won’t go there again) to sell my home and buy a new one. My view used to consist of the estate agency service as a whole having sales people and not much more, that was until I engaged with Austin Hawk in Andover. Now my view has changed completely, Austin Hawk not only sold my home extremely quickly for the full asking price, but right through the whole processes provided a level of customer service and expertise that is second to none.

Dean Austin (yes he has the same first name as me) was the man who stood out for me, his tenacity, expertise and customer service is to be applauded. Obviously the team that back Dean up were superb too, writing up and selling my home together.
