Austin Kaye were very helpful when buying a special watch for my wife. I got the impression they weren't pushing me to buy what I couldn't afford and later when I returned to the shop because I was unsure about the winding mechanism they were again very helpful and went out of their way to make sure I left being fully conversant with the watch. They also had an awesome selection of fine watches.
