It was only when I threatened to terminate the contract that they pulled their finger out and started allowing viewings. The sales process took an entire year thanks to the buyer’s solicitor (recommended by Austin Wyatt). The entire process has been nothing but stress.

Austin Wyatt Winchester came round my property without asking and let themselves in. When’inspecting’ they take many photos and videos of my possessions, excessive, like 20 pictures per room. 2 x 2h viewings conducted whilst I was living there. Confirmed by Josh, the ‘manager’ my house was ‘as it was 12m ago’ then claim for a load of lies. The manager broke data protection by discussing the previous Tennant with me as there was a dispute, funnily enough. Renting is bad enough, if you have to do it avoid these lot.
