Arianne was amazing at a time of loss for my dear mother. From the first call I made to David to advise of our family member's passing I received friendliness, kindness and professionalism the whole way. In the office calls to Angela were wonderful and continue to be as I liaise with her now.
During the very difficult time I never felt I was alone when asking questions, during planning and always received return calls.
Just having someone there to guide us was amazing and the funeral service on the day was just so lovely. I'm not yet a pensioner but I'll be pre-purchasing my funeral soon to save on rising costs. I know I want APF to look after me and my family whenever my time comes.
