Takes too long for them to authenticate bags, last 3 bags (at the same time), asked for authentication, never heard from them again! Be warned!
Paid for 3 authentications, never heard from them again. I'm completely done with this bad company!
Earlier experiences: it takes up to 2 weeks for them to authenticate a bag. Sometimes they're 'quick' (normal time lapse of max. 2 days), but more experiences with 2 or even 3 weeks of waiting.
No more Authenticate4u for me!

Lovely service, very fast replies on Facebook. Very efficient for authentication, even in these hard times, of several Chanel items. Will always use their service for authentication of luxury goods. 5 stars - would highly recommend.

Not sure what happened to this company but they didnt response to any requests/messages, no luck calling them as there is an auto answer asking to leave a message. Have to claim my money back via paypal.
