Our trip to Scotland was spectacular. We worked with Con Jager to design and book our trip. We ended our 11 day stay in Scotland at Culcreuch Castle...blissfully peaceful and elegant, a perfect ending to a full itinerary! Con’s extensive knowledge of Scotland travel helped us to make decisions and craft an itinerary so full and rich in experiences. The memories of this trip will stay with us for a very long time. The haggis, hiking and history, the castles, cultural experiences and car driving, the Scotch and the ever-so-friendly Scots and so much more—truly a trip to remember! Thank you, Con Jager, for your knowledge, expertise and tremendous service to guide us in planning our Scotland trip. This is the second time I’ve used Authentic Ireland for travel planning and I’ve no doubt I’ll return to plan another trip. Outstanding service!

My trip was a mother/daughter trip to Ireland. Heather came up with an itinerary that allowed us to see what we wanted to see. It was a self drive and by day 3 we were comfortable with that. We could have spent more days in DUBLIN and the Trinity City Hotel was a great location, accommodations and breakfast. The day trip to Northern Ireland was worth it to see Giants Causeway but it is a very long day. Unfortunately it rained in Galway and all during the Connemara day trip and the walk from Salthill to central Galway was long in bad weather. we drove to the Cliffs of Moher and spent a nice long time there then drove to Killarney. The Victorian House Hotel was very comfortable and close to everything. we really enjoyed KILLARNEY national park and wished we had more time to explore. The last day we drove to ROCH of CASHEL then stayed outside of DUBLIN. Checkins were easy and the day tours all arranged ahead of time we just showed up. So if there is a next trip we will know what we want and stay longer in those areas. Definitely a memorable trip and we were glad we did the self drive.

I worked with Maggie in planning the trip. After a couple of conversations, she knew what we were looking for and set up the trip of a lifetime. We had excellent hotels, and saw all the must see places of Ireland, and a few more she suggested. We also had a driver/guide who was very knowledgeable of Ireland. I suggest this is the way to travel, as you get local knowledge, and locals places to eat and visit. Maggie set all this up for us, all we had to do was enjoy our trip in Ireland, stress free.

I absolutely loved using Authentic Ireland to plan my honeymoon! The predesigned vacations made planning so much easier alongside Alaina's excellent help!! We loved our trip and kept commenting on how perfect the location of all of our accommodations were as well as the design of the trip in terms of where we went each day and all the things we got to experience. By the end of the trip, we felt satisfied with everything we got to see and didn't feel like we missed out on anything. We never could have planned a trip like this ourselves and we're so grateful we found this website! We will definitely visit it again for future trip planning.

We just returned from 12 days in Ireland and we all agreed, it was the trip of a lifetime! We had 6 people in our group and we chose the luxurious private chauffeur tour. What a great decision! With Lonna’s expertise, we were able to map out a route that took us to all the places we wanted to visit. Our driver Mark Ryan was the absolute best!! He was extremely knowledgeable of Irish history and folklore which enhanced our tour greatly. He even knew the places we’d like best for lunch! He was very accommodating of our needs and interests and was particularly mindful of my husband who has mobility issues. Lonna’s guidance and recommendations on our hotel and castle stays was invaluable. All of our hotels and reservations for activities went very smoothly and the breakfasts were scrumptious. We love the Irish people who struck a heartfelt chord in all of us!

Great 14-day self-drive of all points south of Dublin........ arriving in Shannon and proceeding counter-clockwise around the country. Lauren did an excellent job of honoring our lodging requests, mainly B&Bs and two castle hotels. Be advised that a good GPS helps a lot. We used our own Garmin with a UK chip purchased before leaving. As I had been there before, I taught my German wife to drive on Irish roads on the Dingle Peninsula. What a blast! We enjoyed every minute and hated for it to end.

Great experience. Alaina did a great job from day one with helping us plan our trip to Ireland. She listen to all our ideas, gave good ideas and we ended up with many changes to the trip in the months leading up to trip. Always someone available when I called to ask a question. Did a great job finding hotels that could fit family and have a/c due to medical condition. Saved us a large deposit on rental car. Stayed in touch during trip to make sure all was going well. Couldn't have done this without her. Thank you so very much.

This company is very easy to work with. They listen to what we want to see and will add fantastic sightseeing as well. This will be our second trip that we have booked with them and we are very excited. Will definitely recommend this travel agency to everyone wanting to travel! Jocoya has been our travel agency for 2 times now, and I absolutely love working with her.

The tour, although fast-paced, is a wonderful way to take in the history, culture, and beauty of Ireland and Northern Ireland. The tour guides were all charming in their own ways and the bus drivers were incredibly skilled, I was always confident in their abilities to navigate the island without causing damage. All the guides were willing and able to give reasonable, fair answers to all questions asked. The only thing more amazing than the tours is the food in the Republic of Ireland. The seafood is to die for!

As for the agents in the US, Ms. Hillman is friendly, patient, organized, and excellent at following up and keeping in touch with he clients.

We would recommend using your company to anyone interested in going to Ireland. We worked with Joycoa who was very helpful, and was there immediately to answer questions before our trip. She set up the itinerary for us using our thoughts and put together a wonderful package for us, including some surprises along the way. From the moment we got the car through the entire trip until the end, our travel was effortless. Our accommodations were very nice, some typical European style, others, more big hotel styles. All were clean and comfortable and accommodating and in very good locations. We loved Ireland and the friendly people, the pubs, the food, and the countryside. Amazing. We are planning on going to Northern Ireland next year and will definitely use Authentic Ireland when planning that trip. The Wild Atlantic Way was fantastic. If we had one thing to do over again, we would probably stay longer on the Dingle Peninsula.

We needed guidance and expertise to plan our 30th year anniversary trip to Ireland, our first international trip. Joyoca heard not only our "must see" requests, but also our vaguely communicated ideals and put together a diverse and magical itinerary for us! It had enough structure to give us security, but was flexible enough for spontaneous exploration. We could not be more pleased - from the lovely B & B accommodations to the experiences they booked to the support we received in Ireland when we needed assistance in rescheduling a check in time. Everything was done well and allowed us to have a seamless, stress free vacation.

The Irish reputation of sympathy and friendliness is entirely deserved.

Authentic Ireland made this trip so easy to plan. A family of 4 with 2 college age children in the group. Megan created an itinerary for us, suggesting options that she thought we would enjoy, booked the rooms and rental car and pre-planned event tours. She answered all of my questions and made changes based on my requirements/requests. She also made suggestions based on her knowledge of the area and tips to make the experience go smoothly. Authentic Ireland has the experience and knowledge of the area to create an itinerary matched with a traveler's expectations. I was nervous about utilizing a travel planner - no regrets and will utilize Authentic Vacations again.

Loved the trip. Michaela was wonderful to work with. She planned a very nice trip for us including hotels rental car and vouchers for different places to visit such as Blarney castle. Our favorite part was our stay at the Ashford Castle. The room was beautiful and included was a fabulous breakfast.

We just returned from a perfect trip to Scotland. Thank you MAGGIE for making it all so easy. This is our third trip working with Authentic Ireland. I highly recommend them to anyone thinking of using an agency for travel help. We plan our own trip, submit the info to Maggie and she makes the itinerary. She books the hotels, day tours etc. In previous trips (to Ireland) we rented a car and stayed at B and B's. All B and B's were excellent and some spectacular. This trip, to Scotland, we chose to not rent a car and took trains from Edinburgh to Aberdeen to Inverness. From those cities we took day tours arranged by Maggie. All the tours were great. The hotels were perfectly located. She is very pleasant and easy to work with. Of course during the months of planning some changes were made and she was always agreeable and helpful. She made some suggestions and had some ideas that made our trip even better. I would work with her again without hesitation. Go for it and enjoy your trip!!
