Paid them to fix my ECU. Needed to take it back to them three times since on all occasions it was not in a working order. The last call from them, "Sorry we can't get it fixed" Now simply just asking for a refund for the service they couldn't deliver no answers not reply or comments. Wasted 3 months of my time and out of pocket. Had to paid another company again to fix it. My matter with them is no moving to legal .

Product was good, can't complain there. however, it took them 3 days and a phone call by me to get them to send the idem despite being promised same day dispatch if ordered by 2pm

paid extra for royal mail 24 and didn't receive my item until a week has passed. was also given a false tracking number

**now they want my review taken down saying they gave no knowledge of this customer - despite replying to the review below. Ok!! Still it will stay up for 7 days at least whilst I sort out the paperwork.

Dishonest in my opinion. Disorganised and I personally would avoid.

And now they don't like my response they sent me this. (After hours of me having to wait in for them to collect a product they sent to me in error)!!

Wow they win hands down for worst ever customer service! Laughable :)

Oh and in response to the various emails, I chased this today 6 weeks after you got the board back and you said you hadn't received any emails from me ? So which is it. Please also show where I threatened to write a review if you didn't pay me? Lol.You just keep fabricating more and more versions of events. Even at best case that everything you say is right, you do not email customers EVER saying pot, kettle black and writing the type of emails you have to me. Your first one threatened legal action when you hadn't even asked to collect the board. Still I don't suppose any of you have ever done any kind of customer service course.

I recently purchased the Veyron DAB+ plug-in car radio from Auto Electronics. The DAB radio is brilliant. It fits directly in to any standard UK cigarette lighter. The controls are simple, the on screen display is bright and clear and the reception provided by the supplied antenna is generally good (in high quality reception areas).

As I live in quite a poor signal area I needed to purchase an enhanced antenna for the Veyron DAB radio - this is NO reflection on the radio unit itself, its simply because of where I live. I didn't know where I was going to get an enhanced antenna from so I went back to Auto Electronic to seek advice. Their customer service has been outstanding. They were able to provide me with a newly launched enhanced antenna for the Veyron radio. Of course this didn't come free of charge however the price was really good and very comparable to other enhanced antennas on the market. The other thing to be aware of is that I would recommend you purchase this antenna from Auto Electronics because different brands might have different connections and fittings.


Installation of both the Veyron DAB radio and the Enhanced Antenna was simple. All done within about 15 minutes and the antenna cable fits snugly in the gaps between your dashboard or under the glove compartment and up the side panel near your door and windscreen..... it really is very simple and looks neat when attached to the inside of your front windscreen. The other big bonus is that I didn't personally have any interference issues from my front windscreen even though the glass is heated.

Having fitted the enhanced antenna I went for a drive around the east midlands and through some really built up areas.... I can honestly say the reception on all the national stations remained fully stable and reception of local stations also remained stable but within the broadcast regions. The reception is solid and strong and I can now pick up even more stations than before. The antenna has really improved my in-car listening experience.

The purchase of the Veyron DAB+ plug-in car radio AND the enhanced antenna is well worth the money and is so much cheaper than considering a fully integrated DAB radio - ideal for those on a smaller budget or for standard car drivers who don't feel the need to pay for an expensive full upgrade.

I am so impressed with the product and service offered by Auto Electronics that I've actually gone back and bought another radio and enhanced antenna for my brother as a Christmas present! I've been pleased with the speed and efficiency of the purchase and delivery process and even more than that, it is so pleasing to report that the customer service and after sales service has been outstanding! Thank you Auto-Electronics!
