Giving Autohjørnet Valby even one star is overly generous. Both men who came to collect our car were shockingly disrespectful and rude. First off, before even buying the car, they started smoking inside it, which not only poses a risk of damage to the interior but also potentially diminishes its value. Their constant interruptions for phone calls made it impossible to have a meaningful conversation. Despite initially offering a price, they relentlessly pushed for a much lower one, finding every possible excuse. It is completely okay to negotiate the price or discuss the offer again; however, it seemed they inflated the initial offer just to secure business, engaging in unfair competition with other car dealers. Their arrogance and disrespect reached a peak when they suddenly and quickly took my phone out of my hand to input their information into the motor register without consent. Their intrusive behavior extended to uncomfortably staring at us while we handled our credit card information. We will never again consider doing business with them, and if circumstances had allowed, we would have immediately walked away. Overall, it was an extremely uncomfortable and disappointing experience.
