I bought a abs module for a vauxhall cavalier thought they'd send a secondhand unit from a scrap car it was fully reconditioned,works 100%

I recently needed a throttle body for my audi, a rare part to aquire but auto24parts in poland had one and being nervous after reading your reviews l sent an email to them about the part on a sunday and recieved a reply within an hour, l took a chance (l had no option) ordered the part, it was fast dispatched with tracking. I recieved the item by 16.00 on tuesday, l can't get things that quick from london to kent let alone poland, the was tested with a 6month warranty a works well. Thank you auto24 parts.

Bought an ABS module 700 euros worked for two months approximately 60 km and it failed!
I contacted them first they responded and after I explained and showed the error codes they ghosted me.
Scammers untrustworthy people!

I had ordered a used ECU for mercedesw211.
When opening the cover , it had water damage beyond in it . I don't think they check their parts before shipping at all, and looking at the reviews I think this is a scam . 280euros gone !

Placed an order for ecu clone was given no information specifying any details just an adress to send it to, sent parcel to the address heard nothing back for 2 weeks, when I asked if they had received told me it had been held at customs and didn't bother to let us know till I asked, then blamed me for no sending it a certain way and just argued back and forth when told they never specified to send it a certain way...terrible customer service, looking at previous reviews just looks like a scam company, luckily paid through PayPal so should be able to get refund but god only knows where my ecu now is as having no luck with customs either, terrible terrible company

I ordered an ECU for my microcar for €642 and they never shipped anything. Do not respond to emails.
In other words, they are just scammers!

I ordered a module for SLK open roof on Monday, paid by transcription. As soon they received the money, the module was send and 1 day later arrived. And it works.

If you ask me if i recommend them, i would say YES! Shipping out my item was like next day after my online purchase, arrived me was within few days which was really unexpected. Price was resonable.

a disaster. They sent me a broken piston, they didn't want to send me another one. more than 20 emails to make a refund. I'm still waiting for an answer. do not buy at auto24parts !!

I bought a engine ecu to a opel, they promised me that the ecu was in perfect working condition, and that it was cleared of old vehicle data, and ready to programme again. This was not the case, the ecu was NOT in working condition, and they refused to give me back my money. Please do not waiste your money on theese scammers.
